Buddha required his disciples to go through at least 40 Past Life Regressions to help cleanse their soul as they practiced ascension & worked through the sutras. The more Past Life Regressions you practice, the clearer and more aware you are of your own unconscious energy that emerges that is connected to past lives. Past Life Regression is a  transformative way to heal yourself. Each time you enter into a Past Life Regression experience, you will see through a different window into the story of your soul…

One of the most transformative things about Past Life Regression practice is that each time you open to healing from an aspect of your past, a new door opens that you never saw before to an opportunity for change and eventually another healing. We can continue this process until all of our karma is cleansed. In Buddhism, Past Life Regression is seen as a tool on the path to enlightenment. By moving into your past, confronting and releasing pain; or remembering that which brought you joy; ultimately brings you into deeper alignment with your true self.

A Message From Your Healing Guide

Aimee Rebekah Shea

Hello Master Beings of Love and Light!

This is one of my favorite portals. When I first started my work as a hypnotherapist, I knew that I would not practice in a conventional way.  When I was trained as hypnotherapist you could work with people who were quitting smoking, trying to lose weight, moving through surgery or managing pain or chronic illness. There was no instruction on anything other than mainstream treating of imbalance, ‘illness’ and ‘disease’. I knew that I was called to do spiritual hypnotherapy from the beginning. Because there was no such thing as spiritual hypnotherapy back then that I was aware of, I was led into working with Waking Dream Therapy through the work of Mary Watkins, who is one of my past teachers and heros.

She is one of the founders of Liberation Psychology, a branch of Transpersonal Psychology that calls us to be mindful of the different ways healing looks across cultures and begins to vision a framework for how we can heal collective traumas. This is a beautiful article where she describes her work, she is a beautiful human being and she articulates with such beauty many concepts that we explore in our work. She explains in this article, what we practice at Pleiadian Institute – participatory research. Participatory research is a way that we can move into communities and listen to what people need – before we bring healing programs in. It involves a deep honoring of where people are at first BEFORE the healing takes place. She is the ultimate inspiration of how we can take this work out into the real world. Her practice is that she cares deeply, she listens deeply and she takes time to be present in the communities she is called to work with. I love the idea of working in prisons and working with marginalized communities and bringing this healing inside. She helps us to see how we can do this in very simple ways right now.

Waking Dream Therapy includes past life regression, future life progression, and age regression. I went on to be trained in two ways, independently by a series of teachers I was led to and in a traditional clinical setting. In the clinical training, they never used the words Past Life Regression, they called all of it ‘Waking Dream Therapy’. At it’s core, Past Life Regression is a type of waking dream. When we understand this, it can help us to use the language that clinical psychology uses for waking dreams to explain what happens during a Past Life Regression that is so healing.

In simple terms, a Past Life Regression is an experience in which you can allow your conscious mind to relax enough so that your souls’ memories  – which lie in your subconscious mind – are reawakened and remembered.  The goal of working with your past lives is always to bring healing to a current life circumstance.  Realizing that your problems have much deeper roots – beyond this lifetime – is the key to healing yourself on a much deeper level.

Clinical research on Waking Dreams has shown that it doesn’t matter if what you are remembering is ‘true’. Simply the experience of remembering or reaching for a memory – with the intention of healing, while in a deep hypnotic state – provides measurable mental and emotional health benefits.

Once you are able to return to a past life, remember, and then release and heal from these experiences, you begin to release a lot of old karma you are holding onto.  Over the course of the many lives our souls have lived, problems were not always dealt with and healed from.  Instead, like today, you have suppressed your feelings and emotions in the past as well, and then you carry that karmic energy with you until you are ready to release it.  You may be able to release it through your everyday waking conscious life.  This is how most people today work through their karma.  Past Life Regression is just a tool that allows that deep karmic healing to take place in another reality – in our subconscious reality.

At this point I have done hundreds of past life regressions, and I never get tired of them. I do find that past life’s that I have experienced before surface repeatedly, but I also find that whenever I do past life regression work I feel a healing and a release, even if I can’t explain why, even when I do not remember and even when it makes no sense what I saw or felt during the experience. There is always a healing that occurs! It is not so much about remembering the past life with accuracy or ‘proving’ it is true. It is more about surrendering your mind in the space to the healing that is being facilitated. The best way to do this is just to be present, and practice keeping an open and curious mind each time you practice the Past Life Regression.

I am with you in spirit supporting you through this experience.

Multidimensional Healing Experiences

Meditation Mindset

When we enter into this space together, we commit to the practice of mastery. Mastery requires your full attention, and an open mind. Allow yourself to get inspired by the healing. Imagine all of the ways you can change your life and those around you through practice in the mastery of holistic healing modalities!

Our multidimensional healing experiences are not designed to be done once. Instead, you want to think of every healing experience like an exercise. You will find that there is so much depth in each of our healing experiences that you can practice weekly for the rest of your life and just begin to gain true mastery. Think of this library like a toolbox. Take from it what serves your highest self and leave the rest. We are training together in the practice of becoming Master Beings of Love and Light. These multidimensional healing experiences are designed for us to train together as masters.

A misconception of mastery is that you have to be perfect in your practice to be a master. Mastery requires your full presence in this moment; not perfection. Trust that what you need to heal and ascend will always make itself clear to you. This space has been created to inspire you and to serve the unfolding of your highest self. It is our intention that you awaken your own genius and mastery in this space with us.
