Transcendent health is different for every person and is totally possible, no matter what your state of health is today. Our bodies have the power to heal themselves completely. Illness and disease and simply signs to move into deeper union with our bodies and minds as full expressions of love. However, we must create a loving and healing environment in our bodies for healthy cells, tissues and organs.

WHY JUICING?

Juicing provides highly concentrated amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Highly nutritive food feeds the cells and can reverse cell damage over time.

Slowly any tissue that has been damaged by any long term toxicity such as nicotine smoke, excess fat and cholesterol, alcohol or drug use and overtaxed cells and organs from stress will begin to repair itself.

Your body will heal itself over time, however, putting highly nutritious fruits and vegetables into your body is like fertilizing soil, it helps your cells reproduce more rapidly.

This is where transcendent health and true living begins.

Although you definitely will feel amazing after just a few days of juicing, the most transformational effects come over time. After one month you will begin to notice the permanent healing effects that the juices have had on your body. After an entire year of feeding your body’s cells with more nutrients than it has ever received, you will begin to see how aging is reversed and how your skin and body feel energized and renewed.

MY 7 DAY A WEEK JUICING PLAN

Here are my three tips for juicing success!

  1. Buy organic. Use this list to guide your shopping trips.
  2. Leave the rind on everything. It has the most nutritional value!
  3. Rinse your juicer as soon as you are done! It makes cleanup wwaayy easier 🙂

DAY 1: 10 Apples, 3 lemons, 1 inch of ginger root
DAY 2: 1 Pineapple
DAY 3: 1 Pineapple, 5 apples, 2 oranges, 1 bunch of kale
DAY 4: 1 Grapefruit, 1 beet, 10 carrots, 3 celery, 1 inch of ginger root, 1 inch of turmeric root
DAY 5: (Smoothie) 4 Bananas, 4 spoons of cacao, 1/2 cup of coconut, 3 drops Young Living peppermint essential oil
DAY 6: 10 Apples, 3 lemons, 1 inch of ginger root, 10 carrots
DAY 7: 10 Apples, 3 lemons, 1 inch of ginger root, 1 bunch of kale
